Carrie received her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica under Don and Amba Stapleton, 30hr Trauma-Informed Teacher Training through Firefly Yoga International, and Levels I and II Reiki certifications under Cynthia Piltch, Ph.D., LCMT, RMT. 

Her background in wellness, nonprofit education, and creative arts therapy lends itself to a dynamic Vinyasa-based yoga practice, offering students outlets for physical and emotional exploration. Carrie encourages students to practice self care, body positive language, and a sense of humor throughout practice.

Donation Based: Yoga for Trauma

Join us for a trauma-informed, donation based class at The Cure Studios in Newmarket, NH!

This special class at The Cure is open to all who identify as woman, designed for those experiencing symptoms of trauma, are in recovery from eating and/or substance abuse and disorders,  or are working through either current or past damaging relationships. Come tune into basic body awareness, release tension, and learn simple techniques for reducing and controlling anxiety. Join us in our cozy, safe, and all-inclusive space, and reclaim your sense of calm!

Pay what you can, this class is open to all and donation-based. All proceeds will benefit nearby Crisis Centers for Domestic Abuse.
