Curious about the safe, widely used, and ancient therapeutic benefits of this herbal remedy?  Yogis have used cannabis since the beginnings of Hindu tradition. Essentially, the two can serve similar goals: both help to quiet the mind and cultivate presence, aid in stress/ anxiety relief, relieve physical pain and inflammation, and unify the mind and body. Grow your peace!
